Hand made tote bag. This bag has small teddies and friends holding umbrellas on deep blue background. This makes an interesting thems and conveys the joys of activity even in the rain. It has a nice feel to the material in my opinion. It has handles in the same material.

It is machine washable on a cool wash and dried preferably flat.
